Podcast-Project about old age pension scheme in cooperation with Dortmunder Volksbank e.G.
The findings of behavioural economics can be applied to many areas. Particularly popular is the extension of the capital market theory with findings of specific psychological behavioral motives, e.g. of investors. With the help of experimental behavioural research, behavioural and capital market anomalies can be identified. With the help of our projects we apply already known psychological phenomena and nudges to the participants of the capital and financial markets.
In the winter semesters of 2018/19 and 2019/20 , we implemented two projects for “Dortmunder Volksbank e.G”. as part of the “Behavioral Economics” major.:

Interactive learning materials on investor behaviour for trainees.
In small teams, learning and information materials are prepared in an educational way by taking into account information and findings of behavioral finance / stock market psychology depending on the target group of the input. The materials are normally scalable for the use via different media or communication channels and are suitable for a flexible use by customers and employees. The requirements of corporate design and corporate identity are abided by.
